Land registry: Five new areas – What citizens need to know – 2024-04-13 03:43:23

Five new areas of the municipality of Saronikos joined the operation of the Land Registry Office of Attica (Koropi) from Monday 8/4/2024, after the completion of the land registration process.

These are the OTAs of Anavyssos, Kalyvion-Thorikou, Palaia Fokaia, Saronidos and Kouvara of the P.E. of Eastern Attica, of the Attica Region, with a total of 77,154 properties and 132,230 rights.

All services provided for real estate transactions in the above areas are now carried out digitally through ktimatologio.gr and ktimatologio.gov.gr, reducing bureaucracy, ensuring transactions and minimizing service time for citizens and professionals. Especially for natural persons who submit a registered deed of transfer for a land-registered property, we recommend using the digital property transfer file from their notary public (through which the legal control process is completed in one working day.

The Hellenic Land Registry is moving forward digitally, so that it is a modern structure that fully responds to the digital age, with the aim of providing immediate and better service to traders, reports ot.gr.
