Lamine Yamal, father stabbed: he is in serious condition. – Football

The father of Lamine YamalMounir Nasraoui, was stabbed after an argument in a parking lot in Rocafonda, a neighborhood of Mataróthe city where the young striker grew up Barcelona and of the Spanish national team European champions, around 9.10pm on Wednesday evening.

After the attack, around 11 p.m., three people were arrested and a fourth was arrested later, on Ferragosto, as explained by a spokesperson for the Mossos d’Esquadra, the Catalan regional police. The arrested are currently in the Mataró police station where they are being questioned by the police. Investigators are also due to interview the victim “as soon as possible”, as well as witnesses to determine the circumstances of the attack.

Nasraoui was stabbed several times and is being treated at the Germans Trias i Pujol hospital, also known as Can Ruti hospital, in Badalona. His life is not in danger. Around lunchtime, Yamal’s father reassured everyone with a message on social media: “Thank you all for the encouragement, I’m better now. A big hug to everyone.”
