The French remember him very well since he scored a sumptuous goal in the semi-final of Euro 2024 to end the hopes of Didier Deschamps’ players.

If the young man is a star in the making, his father also makes headlines quite regularly. At only 32 years old, Mounir Nasraoui is also a social media star and if he is less followed than his son, he still has more than 500,000 subscribers on Instagram. Unfortunately, the footballer’s father was the victim of a very violent aggression this Wednesday, August 14, while he was at home. According to information released in the press, the latter was stabbed in the evening while he was in a parking lot in the Catalan town of Mataro, where he lives and which is about thirty kilometers from Barcelona.

Mounir Nasraoui was apparently walking his dog when the incident occurred. The young father was stabbed several times in the back, following an argument with several men in the street. For the time being, the reasons that led to this attack are still unknown, but Lamine Yamal’s father must have been rushed to hospitalin a worrying state.
Fortunately, the news since then has been good and Mounir Nasraoui’s prognosis is not in danger. The footballer’s father has clearly recovered quickly since he has just shared a message (which can be found in the slideshow) in his story on Instagram. “Thank you all for your encouragement. I’m feeling better. I kiss you”he wrote to reassure his community.
