Lamborghini will build ten examples of the special Huracan STJ supercar, saying goodbye to the V10 engine that was the basis of the Huracan family’s success for ten years.
The Huracan STJ is based on the Huracan STO, equipped with a 640 hp (565 Nm) V10 engine and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that distributes power to the car’s rear wheels. The Huracan STJ has a unique set of aerodynamic parts, 20-inch wheel rims with a central nut, Bridgestone Potenza Race tires, a 3-step anti-roll bar compared to the STO, as well as an adjustable top 4-Way. known shock absorbers in motor sports.
The dynamic characteristics of the Huracan STJ are not disclosed, but they are said to be similar to the STO, which reaches 100 km/h in 3 seconds and can accelerate to 315 km/h electronically allowed.
Customers will be able to choose between two versions of the Huracan STJ design: blue with black or grey-black with red and white accents. The manufacturer does not announce the price of the Huracan STJ, but it is known that all ten copies have already been booked and the special series will not be available for free sale.
From now on, a Lamborghini with a ten-cylinder engine will not be produced, but the all-new Temerario will replace the Huracan model with a hybrid unit based on a V8 engine.
