Lamborghini Releases First Digital Postage Stamp

Lamborghini, along with Bitstamps, has released the world’s first digital “postage stamp” featuring Huracan Evo RWD Spyder. In total, 20,000 “stamps” will be sold through a special application, and all of them will become part of a thematic collection dedicated to the history of the Italian brand.

The Automobili Lamborghini Collection will include stamps, or rather vignettes, with images of more than 20 iconic models. Each can be bought, and if you wish to resell, only through the Bitstamps application. The limited edition with Huracan Evo RWD Spyder will have a circulation of 20 thousand copies: all digital copies of the brand will receive a unique identification number, and their authenticity and history of ownership will be confirmed by blockchain technology.

The debut of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder took place in early May, immediately after the resumption of the plant in Sant’Agata Bolognese. The roadster equipped with a hybrid chassis made of aluminum and carbon fiber was equipped with a V10 5.2 “aspirator”, developing 610 forces (560 Nm) and combined with a seven-speed LDF “robot” with two clutches that allow the car to accelerate to the first “hundred” in 3.5 seconds, up to 200 – in 9.6 seconds.

The supercar received the ANIMA motion mode selection system and the re-calibrated P-TCS traction control. Depending on the selected profile (Strada, Sport or Corsa), the electronics will either dose the traction as accurately as possible to ensure maximum traction, or allow the wheels to slide within acceptable limits, or optimize traction and increase stability at the corner exit.
