Aude Larribau, 32, librarian at the City of Saint-Martin-d’Hères since June 2015, is a multimedia specialist and more particularly in charge of training and digital animation of the four media libraries in the town. She presents us her favorite: Ladylike Lily’s album, “Echoes”: “Yes, it’s my real crush at the end of the year. A CD initially intended for children but which is so beautiful that I really recommend it for the whole family, from 1 to 99 years old… First of all, because Ladylike Lily has an incomparably sweet voice, that the universe graphic and aesthetic of this musical tale is poetic, moving and that it is a form of invitation to a smooth imaginary journey. It does a lot of good during the complicated times we live in today. “
“Echoes” is the story of a child who sets off in search of vanished colors, an initiatory journey, carried by the crystalline voice of Ladylike Lily, musical arrangements that fly away, a musical tale rich in adventures and twists, which is a very nice end of year or birthday gift.
Aude was delighted by her discovery: “A tale to listen to as a family, which speaks of today’s concerns, all in charm and gentleness, with an endearing musicality …”
