With the Prime Minister, Raymond Sima and some members of the government by his side, the Head of State proceeded on Wednesday to the inauguration of a brand new school Prytanée Military Lalala, which was located at the old pre-school center of the area that is located. in the 5th arrondissement of Libreville.
The President of the movement went on a guided tour of the building before presenting decorations to some civil and military figures who were raised to the rank of knights of officers and leaders in the order of national education. This ceremony, full of color and sound, was enhanced by the fan performance of students from the Baraka Military Prytaneum.
It should be noted that the new Lalala military prytanée school is built on a total area of 5,200 m2 for a capacity of 500 students, including 25 per class. It includes a multimedia room, a library, a canteen, an infirmary, an administration building and 22 classrooms divided into pre-school, primary school and high school.
This school therefore reinforces the number of modern school structures and meets the standards of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
The Lalala Military Prytaneum is the second of its kind. Because the first military Prytanée from Libreville was established on November 5, 2001. Located in Baraka, near Lalala, this secondary education center that is responsible for the Presidency of the Republic trains the elite future civil and military.
A general education school that prepares for the BEPC and the Baccalaureate, in addition to military instruction, the students (child soldiers), recruited through a special entrance exam to the 6th grade, receive a physical and moral education that is -hand to officer position.
