The Los Angeles Lakers are the strongest team in the NBA’s Western Conference – and also triumph against the New Orleans Pelicans. Only one team in the league is in a better position.
New Orleans – The Los Angeles Lakers have extended their winning streak and are currently in better shape than almost any other team in the NBA. The basketball team led by stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis won against the New Orleans Pelicans 104:99 and achieved their fifth success in a row. No other team in the Western Conference can boast such a series; only the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are still undefeated after 14 games, are in a better position in the league.

Anthony Davis had 31 points and 14 rebounds for the Lakers, James recorded 21 points and 7 rebounds. NBA rookie Dalton Knecht played from the start and scored a strong 27 points. For the Pelicans, Brandon Ingram was the most successful scorer with 32 points, but world champion Daniel Theis was once again not used.
