An official source confirmed that Hossam El-Badry, the coach of the Egyptian national team, decided to include 6 names for the Pharaohs camp, which is preparing for the Togo matches.
Egypt will play the matches of Togo in the third and fourth round of the qualifiers for the 2022 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, on the 14th and 17th of November.
The source told “Yalla Koura” that Al-Badri decided to include Muhammad Abu Jabal, Mahmoud Alaa, Mahmoud Hamdi Al-Wansh, Tariq Hamed, Ahmed Sayed Zizou and Mustafa Muhammad to the list of the elected.
He continued, “It is decided that the duo, Mahmoud Alaa and Al-Wensh, will undergo medical checks to ensure their safety, and it is expected that Al-Badri will announce on Thursday the list of the joiners from Zamalek.”
He concluded, “There was a thought about Abdullah Jumaa, but Al-Badri is convinced of the player as an offensive left winger and not a left defender. Some advised him to include the player, but he found that he had enough on the list in this position.”
It is worth noting that the closed camp will start on November 9, after the presence of professional players and the announcement of the final list of the team.
