Vice President Lai Qingde has expressed his participation in the Democratic Progressive Party chairman by-election, which is believed to pave the way for the 2024 presidential election. Guo Zhengliang believes that in order to become a presidential candidate, there must be someone behind the policy and line, so that the outside world recognizes him. Later, he may go to the United States as a party leader to accept strict control of Washington.
