Founded in Montreal in 1992, Lagoon Seafood specializes in the distribution, import, export, processing and brining of fresh and frozen seafood. The company sources its supplies in Quebec, but also from all corners of the planet. It already offers products under its brand, Blue Tide, such as salmon tartars and other sashimi. It also carries out contracts with private brands.
