One of New York City’s latest COVID-19 closures ends Tuesday.
The crown of the Statue of Liberty will reopen to the public for the first time in more than two years, after closing in March 2020 when the rest of the city’s tourist attractions closed at the start of the pandemic.
Lady Liberty’s pedestal reopened to visitors in July 2020.
Visitors are advised to collect their crown tickets in advance as they are known to book months in advance.
Tickets are available through Cruises of the city of statues.
