Lady Gaga Posts Horrible Facebook Group Run By Her High School Bullies Telling Her She’d ‘Never Be Famous’

You should always believe in yourself, especially if you’re Lady Gaga. The singer, whose impact and influence on pop culture is now undeniable, is currently starring in one of the most anticipated films of the year, sang at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and has just announced a seventh album that is delighting the four corners of the world. Twenty years ago, none of this was yet conceivable, and Stefani Germanotta’s (her real name) classmates did not fail to remind her of this, with what amounts to harassment. Twenty years later, the superstar is giving them the finger.

A Facebook group set up by twelve of his former classmates from his student days at New York University’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts has resurfaced, and it’s not a pretty sight. Titled “Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous” (“Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous”), the villainous group was recently pinned in a TikTok defending the singer. Quickly going viral, the montage even caught the attention of Lady Gaga herself, who responded in a comment:

“Some people I went to high school with have gone up [ce groupe] at the time. That’s why you can’t give up when people doubt you or put you down – you have to keep going.”

A few years later, in 2008, Lady Gaga released her first album The Fameincluding the hits “Just Dance”, “Paparazzi”, “Poker Face” or “LoveGame” and paving the way for a dazzling career that continues today in full swing. Which just goes to show that you should always turn your fingers twenty times in your underwear before making them type horrible things on your keyboard. Maybe she’s the next Lady Gaga you’re making fun of, you bunch of idiots.
