Prices for the new Lada Vesta NG have been reduced to factory prices. This was facilitated by the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, who warned dealers that the company would stop deliveries of the new model to showrooms if their prices exceeded factory prices, writes on July 10 RBC.
Dealers attributed the surge in car prices to the installation of additional options, such as, for example, alarms and additional soundproofing. Now salons have confirmed that even the cheapest Lada Vesta is equipped with basic options: air conditioning, two airbags and ABS.
At the same time, the price corresponds to that recommended by AvtoVAZ, and some sellers are ready to make a discount of 30 thousand rubles, which is cheaper than the official recommended cost. The AvtoVAZ website lists a price of 1,239,900 rubles.
The company itself says that June became most commercially successful month in 2023. Thus, in the first month of summer, official Lada dealers sold 27,839 cars. Compared to June last year, sales increased by 272%.
