Lack of this vitamin can provoke cancer

If a person feels weak, has trouble sleeping and is depressed, irritable and fatigued, high sweating on the head and hair loss, as well as problems with balance, muscle and bone pain, this could mean that the body is lacking in vitamin D.

Moreover, as the doctor of the highest category of the Endocrinological Research Center, nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences Fatima Dzgoeva warns, its lack can increase the risk of developing cancer of the breast, intestines, prostate and some other organs.

Dzgoeva also listed foods rich in vitamin D. These are fish oil, herring, salmon, and canned sardines.

In an interview with “AiF” the doctor also dispelled several myths about this vitamin and gave its optimal doses for adults and children.
