The tests were taken on Tuesday evening at the location of the GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland in Apeldoorn and the results were incorrectly passed on during processing in the laboratory of Gelre Hospitals. In a retest, the tests had a different result than was initially reported. Twelve samples that were negative at first were actually positive. The opposite was true for the other thirteen samples.
