Labor Conciliation Center in Guanajuato Receives Recognition from Secretariat of Transparency and Accountability in State Public Administration Category

• The Secretariat of Transparency and Accountability recognizes the CCL in the Evaluation of Work Environment and Organizational Culture in the category of State Public Administration Organisms.

Leon, Gto. April 29, 2023.- The Government of the State of Guanajuato, through the Secretariat of Transparency and Accountability, carried out the award ceremony for the Development of State and Municipal Public Management.

During this event, Arturo Godínez Serrano, head of the Secretariat for Transparency and Accountability, gave the Labor Conciliation Center of the State of Guanajuato a recognition for having obtained 3rd place in the Evaluation of Labor Climate and Organizational Culture in the category of State Public Administration Organizations.

Arturo Godínez Serrano, Head of the STRC said that good service is essential to maintain trust with citizens and in this event the important thing is to recognize the willingness of public servants.

The actions that are carried out as part of the evaluation of the results of the strategies that have been implemented to improve the procedures and services in favor of the Guanajuatenses.

Haydeé Escobar Porras, General Director of the Conciliation Center, thanked each of the public servants that make up the Labor Conciliation Center for their commitment, because the result and achievement obtained is the result of their good performance and work environment among colleagues, that allows to continue making Guanajuato the Greatness of Mexico.
