In Ukraine, on June 10, they introduced electronic work books. As a result, pensions will be assigned automatically, and paper labor can be thrown away.
According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the official page in Facebook, the new law allows you not to draw up and keep paper documents. “The Pension Fund of Ukraine within five years must include in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance data on the labor activity of employees on the basis of information provided by the insured,” the message says.
Paper work books will not be destroyed, but businesses should not keep them… If the employee wants, he can take it for himself and take care of the house, and the employer, upon request, is obliged to fill it out. All data will be stored online.
That is, if you do not want to say goodbye to a paper document, no one will take it from you. “This is a definite breakthrough. Those who have come across the registration of a pension know how much time is wasted when making a payment. For all of us who will retire, this is a big relief,” Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said while presenting the document.
When applying for a job, it will be possible do not submit a work book – a passport, TIN and other documents are enough (if required by the employer and permitted by law, for example, a medical examination certificate).
One of the most important innovations – the pension will now be calculated automatically… You don’t have to contact the Pension Fund, collect certificates, prove your seniority and confirm it. The Pension Law allows Ukrainians to exclude work hours when they had low earnings. The pension fund should initially consider it as more profitable for the future pensioner. But if problems suddenly arise, after the appointment of the payment, it will be possible to contact the officials with a request to recalculate.
Previously OBOZREVATEL wrote in detail about how the pension reform from the Cabinet of Ministers will look and why the situation with the payment of pensions in Ukraine will worsen every year.
