In their music, La Nefera draw on their cultural richness and skilfully combine Latin American influences, hip hop and brass elements to create a repertoire that ranges from passionate tropical and Afro rhythms to catchy and lively world and jazz melodies. The sound invites you to dance and is accompanied by socio-political lyrics. The Basel rapper announces her third album “aprendí a vivir” (I have learned to live) – her third album – for October 2024. On this album, too, the lyrics are closely related to their lives daily and the aim is to allow the audience to share their experiences and encourage them to go their own way. It tells about her decision to devote herself full time to music and the uncertainties and difficulties she had to deal with. She talks openly about her ups and downs on her journey and reflects on her development as an artist and as a person.
