The mayor of La Laguna, Luis Yeray Gutiérrez, points out the great reception that this musical setting has had in previous years “something that has turned this initiative into a hallmark of the Laguna cemeteries on a day of special roots in the citizens of the municipality”. The councilor responsible for Cemeteries, Cristina Ledesma, also speaks out in this sense, and also points out that these musical recitals will be performed by groups made up of members of the different musical bands that La Laguna hosts.
