Lawyers for Martigny Red Ice supporters, accused of a riot in January 2017 against counterparts in Friborg-Gottéron, plead the general acquittal, with compensation. They denounced the lightness of the Friborg Public Prosecutor’s Office. The second day of the trial of the 27 defendants who appealed against a criminal order issued in October 2017 resembled a Valais-Friborg match on Friday. The three Valais lawyers, representing eleven of the defendants, stigmatized the lack of rigor both of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and of the Friborg police.
