La Broche opened at 58 Rue aux Fèvres in favor of the month of August.
Originally from Tours (Indre-et-Loire) and settled in Chalon-sur-Saône since July, Fayçal Toubache and Mohand Mecheri, both 28 years old, offer fast food on site or to take away, namely the classic kebab, its variations with cheddar, raclette, honey goat cheese, bacon, cheddar, pickle and chorizo peppers, accompanied by homemade fries or not… but that’s not all!
The establishment also offers original recipes such as the Bowl (salad, tomato, onion, kebab, peppers, eggplant, carrots, zucchini, feta and pomegranate) for 10 euros on a plate with drink or at 11.50 euros with fries and drink, or the berliner, which consists of raw vegetables, vegetables and kebab for 8.50 euros (10 euros on the menu), a new concept that also comes with feta and pomegranates for 9 euros (10.50 euros on the menu).
And believe our experience, this little addition of feta and pomegranates will delight your palate!
Other particularities of this establishment, the vegetarian kebab at 6.50 euros (8 euros on the menu), a children’s menu (kebab, fries, caprisun and lollipop) at 6 euros but also the blue kebab at 8 euros (9.50 euros on the menu)!
The managers assure us that it is only quality cheeses, fresh vegetables and the meat is 100% veal but above all 100% QUALITY. Which may explain why it is a bit higher in price than other establishments of the same kind.
Note that the artisanal bread and 100% organic comes directly from the bakery ofAnwar Berguiga, The Green Palet, located at 5 Rue Charles Baudelaire, near the train station.
La Broche also offers desserts such as tiramisu or deer pie.
Students can benefit from a reduction of 2.50 euros.
And last but not least, we are addressing in particular those who are struggling to find a fast food establishment still open in the second part of the evening in the city center, La Broche is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.!
