The Latorre Theater continues today with the special programming of the Christmas festivities, specifically with a Christmas carol concert by “La Bazanca”, a traditional music group from Castilla y León with 40 years of experience, which will be on the stage of the Cermeño theater from seven in the afternoon. The entrance costs three euros.
Tomorrow, Sunday, December 27, the musical program continues with the concert “Iberjazz”, by Valladolid saxophonist José Luis Gutiérrez, considered one of the most virtuous jazz players on the national scene. The ticket price is eight euros, and it will also start at seven in the afternoon. On Monday, December 28, the same artist will offer a jazz concert for children, “Capitán eighth note”, at six in the afternoon, at a price of five euros each location.
Before the end of 2020, the Latorre will reopen its doors for the little ones, since on Wednesday 230 the Zolopotroko Teatro company will offer a representation for children, at a modest price of three euros.
This cultural space has all the security measures –including capacity limits– necessary to take care of the health of those attending the theatrical and musical shows.
In the first days of 2021 the Latorre Theater will host two more performances, the traditional Christmas concert by the band “La Lira”, which will be on Saturday, January 2 at seven in the afternoon, and the ticket will have a price of two euros per person. Finally, on Sunday January 3, “De Miguel a Delibes”, by Valquiria Teatro, a play about the figure of the Valladolid writer whose performance in Toro has already been postponed twice, will finally be staged.
