The spread of coronavirus hardly seems to stop
Very serious, which is the highest level of risk we have. North Limburg has been dark red on the corona map of the Netherlands since Wednesday evening. South Limburg is one of the last regions where the virus has not yet really managed to get a grip. The situation there is worrisome, that is level 2 of the 4 risk levels that we have.

In the meantime, the virus is also spreading in the border region, in Germany and Belgium. Despite the tightened measures, we hardly seem to be able to stop the spread of corona this autumn. At the table we discuss this with Christian Hoebe, infectious disease control doctor at the GGD Zuid-Limburg, also a member of the Outbreak Management Team, which advises the cabinet.
