Far from being brilliant, Lille won in Nîmes (0-1) and finished the first leg in 3rd place. The Mastiffs scored on one of their rare occasions by Yilmaz, an opportunist after an error by Deaux (29th). The LOSC was then content to manage its advantage, well helped by the weakness of an opponent who remains stuck in last place. Nîmes was not very dangerous, and connects a seventh setback at Costières. Metz – Nice: 1-1
Nice can’t do it anymore. On a series of three games in a row without a win before going to Metz, the Gym thought they were doing the hard part by opening the scoring just after the quarter of an hour of play, thanks to a penalty from Amine Gouiri (0- 1, 18th). But the Aiglons were disillusioned with a goal to say the least… improbable from John Boye at the end of the game, after a mess at the end of which captain Metz scored almost unwittingly. After its draw against Bordeaux on Wednesday (0-0), Metz continues to take points and remain comfortably installed in the middle of the table.

Lens – Strasbourg : 0-1
Lens is stalling. Beaten in Lyon on Wednesday (3-2), the Sang et Or fell again, this time against Strasbourg, which is normally more affordable on paper. But real certainties are starting to emerge in this Racing, which confirmed its card against Nîmes in the middle of the week (5-0). A clinical strike from Habib Diallo, in the middle of the northern fog, was enough for the happiness of the Alsatians (0-1, 21st) who could have made the break on a big opportunity from Ludovic Ajorque. But the essential is assured for the men of Thierry Laurey, who give themselves air at the bottom of the classification.

Reims – ASSE: 3-1
Boulaye Dia is a devil. His new victim, ASSE, can attest to this. Now co-top scorer of L1 with 12 goals, the Rémois offered himself a double this Saturday against the Greens to offer the Champenois a victory more complicated than it seems. This third victory in five matches allows them to climb to 14th place, two points ahead of their evening opponents. The Greens, they are 16th and will be able to rail against an arbitration which did not let them pass. Note all the same the first achievement in Ligue 1 of Charles Abi, who reduced the mark in vain 72nd).

Bordeaux – Lorient: 2-1
Bordeaux is reconciled with Matmut Atlantique. More than a month after their last victory at home, the Girondins have rediscovered the taste for success on their land. Still deprived of Hatem Ben Arfa, injured, Jean-Louis Gasset’s men were finally able to rely on another individuality. Rémi Oudin indeed distinguished himself with a double in the first period (13th, 43rd), while Terem Moffi had reduced the score in the meantime (23rd). The club in the scapular, 10th, therefore finds color after its sad draw in Metz in the middle of the week, while the Hakes continue to sink. Christophe Pélissier’s troops are 19th.
