The opening took place in Kuala Lumpur
The delegation of Kyrgyzstan is participating in the international tourism exhibition MATTA Fair in Malaysia for the first time, the press service of the Tourism Development Support Fund reported.
It is noted that the opening of the event took place today, March 17, in Kuala Lumpur. It brought together representatives of the tourism industry from all over the world on one platform, but most of the participants were from Asian countries. The exhibition will run until March 19.
– The trip of our delegation and the work of the national pavilion was organized by the Tourism Development Support Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic. Malaysia is one of our target markets for attracting tourists. We have already held one presentation today and there will be at least two more before the end of the exhibition. We tell colleagues and guests about the colossal tourism potential of the republic and our projects, – shared the vice-president of the fund Kairat Itibaev.
On March 19, the Kyrgyz delegation will hold another business forum there, where at least 100 guests from abroad are expected to attend. At the same time, throughout the exhibition, domestic tour operators have the opportunity to meet with foreign colleagues and discuss the terms of cooperation.
