If there’s one person who embodies modern glam, it’s Kylie Jenner. Social media influencer and founder of a beauty mega-brand Kylie CosmeticsJenner is a leading figure in the beauty industry.
Known for her ultra-glamorous looks, her allegiance to color and strong statements doesn’t stop at her personal style; it seems that his house is also a reflection of this. Her Hidden Hills home in Los Angles is unsurprisingly a playful and glamorous space.
Interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who designed the home with Jenner, yesterday shared a stylish snapshot on Instagram of the room perhaps most synonymous with the reality TV star: the ‘glam bedroom’.
Paying homage to the much talked about Barbie movie this year, the rise of pink bedroom ideas has been all over social media. But it looks like Jenner had this trend long before Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling’s hit movie.

The image, above, is a loud and eclectic delight: championing a bold, youthful personality. The bedroom has an all-pink palette of various shades, as well as Barbie artwork by artist Beau Dunn.
Jenner spoke to Architectural Summary on the design of his home, saying, “I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match how I felt. Color was key. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!’
The room features two cotton candy pink swivel chairs, as well as a plush, cloud-like shag rug underfoot. In a nod to old Hollywood, the full-width mirror features traditional circular vanity lights, making it the perfect place to get ready and take selfies.
The room is complete with a playful ‘Plastic’ neon sign and an all-pink counter with bespoke storage drawers for her extensive cosmetics collections below.
“My closets and glamorous bedroom are very personal to me, down to the size of each drawer, so they fit my specific products and garments. “I spend a lot of time in these pieces, so we had to make sure they were perfect,” Jenner says. Architectural Summary.
Ksenya Malina, Director at Time & Place Interiors, shares her take on the pink themed interior trend: “For a retro look, I love the use of pink in a room. Coupled with sophisticated fixtures like matte black details, a rose-themed room can look like an elegant twist on a vintage style.
“Selecting pink accents like pink glass light fixtures, a pink accent chair, or a pink rug adds a whimsical touch to a room, instantly elevating the mood. »
While Barbie-inspired interiors aren’t for everyone, Jenner’s commitment to having fun with interiors to create a home that’s unapologetically her own is refreshing.
