The 26-year-old reality star was pictured arriving at the Saturday Night Live afterparty on Saturday, November 11, wearing an elegant all-black outfit.
Jenner wore a black asymmetrical off-the-shoulder top, black leggings and black heeled sandals from The Row. She accessorized the look with a mini black Miu Miu handbag, a pair of diamond earrings and a simple thin bracelet on her left wrist.
The pairing of Jenner’s leggings – which also covered her feet – and her strappy black heels was reminiscent We famous slippers of Kardashian, 43 years old.
What are slippers, you ask?
The style is categorized by body-hugging pants that flow down to a pair of pointed-heeled boots. The pant-boot hybrid has started trending in 2021 and is favored by celebrities including Julia Renard, Priyanka Chopra, Rihanna et Dua Lipa.

The first time slippers hit the fashion scene was when Kardashian memorably wore a pair designed by Balenciaga to the 2021 Met Gala. The all-black red carpet look pushed the pantaboot trend to the extreme, since Kardashian was literally covered in black fabric from head to toe.

Another unforgettable moment when Kardashian sported the fashion phenomenon was when she hosted an episode of SNL in October 2021. On the way to the studios, Kardashian wore an all-black outfit consisting of the famous slippers, long gloves and a long-sleeved wrap top with a cinched waist. During the show itself, she pulled out all the stops in a pink velvet jumpsuit that flowed into a pair of pointy-heeled boots.

Even though this trend has been around for almost three years, it shows no signs of slowing down. In October, Rihanna was photographed wearing slippers not once but twice – first at as soon as possible rockyat the 34th birthday party, and one more dinner in New York.
Even though Jenner’s outfit Saturday night didn’t technically incorporate pantaboots, her unique take on the well-established trend certainly caught our attention.
