Kylian Mbappé’s appearance during the match between AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain lasted 45 minutes. PSG coach Luis Enrique decided to substitute the superstar at half-time. Mbappé arrived minutes late for the second half and spent the rest of the match in the stands.

It is for the second game in a row that Enrique takes his French top scorer to the side early. During last week’s match against Stade Rennes, Mbappé was substituted after 65 minutes. The 25-year-old Frenchman seemed to have had enough and watched the second half from the stands, where he sat next to his mother. Moments earlier, while the second half was already underway, he was calling in the players’ tunnel. From the stands he saw how his team managed to get no further than a 0-0 draw in Monaco. That meant the leader’s second draw in a row.
In February, Mbappé announced that he would not sign for PSG. As a result, the superstar will leave Paris on a free transfer. According to various media, he has even signed for Real Madrid. That news would only have to be confirmed by the clubs. Mbappé still has to finish the current season at PSG, but this does not exactly make it easy for himself.
