Kylian Mbappe Sparks Controversy After Nightclub Appearance Amid France Squad Exclusion

Didier Deschamps, the coach of the French national team, commented on the appearance of Kylian Mbappe in a nightclub in Sweden, on the eve of the Roosters’ victory over Israel in the European Nations League.

Deschamps had announced that Mbappe had been excluded from the French squad during the current suspension period, as the player needed to get back physically at his club, Real Madrid.

Deschamps said in statements to “TF1” before facing Belgium: “I don’t follow the news of the players who are excluded from the French list, and Mbappe is currently responsible for Real Madrid, and I don’t know if he was absent from his team’s program or not.”

He said: “I manage the players here with the French national team, and Mbappe sent me a message before the game, but he may have taken some time off from his team.

Regarding Mbappé’s desire to only play important games with France, Deschamps said: “I did not ask for this matter, and everyone is committed to the schedule of matches, and it is his program decided by Real Madrid, and it’s like all players, and he doesn’t have double training sessions every day, so maybe he had the freedom to go wherever he wants.”
