Kyivstar subscribers will soon not be able to send and receive SMS. The mobile operator is switching to a new message format: RCS. This messaging format will unite iPhone and Android users in the future.
Kyivstar has launched RCS mailings for its business customers. Unlike conventional SMS messages, the new format offers more opportunities for companies to provide information, attract customers and communicate directly with them.

- chatbot for instant communication with customers and feedback on products and services;
- carousel function to show multiple products in one message, plus convenient buttons to go to the site, QR;
- brand analysis with read confirmations and customer acquisition statistics.
