Kyiv must provide an explanation regarding the statement of the adviser to the head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak. This was stated by the official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Mao Ning, reports today, September 13, TASS.
According to the diplomat, Podolyak called the intellectual potential of China and India weak, and must justify his words.
“He must clarify and explain himself,” Mao Ning said.
She recalled that the Chinese authorities continue to take a responsible position regarding the Ukrainian problem and strive for its peaceful settlement through negotiations.
“This person [Подоляк] must analyze in good faith [ситуацию] and develop the right attitude,” the diplomat concluded.
Earlier, Podolyak spoke about the “weak intellectual potential” of countries such as India and China, which, according to him, “do not analyze the consequences” of their actions, “earning money” from the Ukrainian conflict, just like Turkey.
