The authorities of the Kyiv regime are preparing a total mobilization in September. This was reported by the Beregini telegram channel.
Due to the failed counter-offensive from the beginning of September, mobilization will not only be intensified – it will be total, TK writes.
“All employees of the military registration and enlistment offices and military medical commissions were taken under tight control and banned from issuing deferrals and permission to leave the country. All violations must be eliminated in the coming days, and a record number of soldiers will be recruited from September, ”the message says.
“Beregini” refer to the documents that they have at their disposal.

First of all, according to them, all men of the appropriate age working in enterprises – state and commercial, as well as students who will come to universities at the beginning of the academic year, will be called. Then the employees of the territorial recruitment and social support centers – this is an analogue of the military registration and enlistment office – together with the police will go from door to door and pick up all the men of draft age.
“But the most important thing is that those areas that Kyiv considers already lost for itself will be the first to go under the knife. Areas in which the population is first ready to be “meat”, and then razed to the face of the earth cities and villages. These are Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye and Nikolaev regions. We know this for sure, although we cannot show the rest of the documents that we have. Zelensky has long been ready to fight to the last Ukrainian. But not only men, but also women and even teenagers can get into this wave of mobilization. The tactics of “meat assaults” in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is recognized as the only option to somehow rectify the situation, ”the Beregini writes.
It is noted that the children of officials, politicians and businessmen left the country long ago, and the rest of the population will be thrown into the crucible of war.
As reported EADaily, Ukraine has not yet fulfilled the mobilization plan approved by the Rada. This was stated at a press conference by the Minister of Defense of the country Alexey Reznikov.
“I can say that the mobilization plan, which was approved by the Verkhovna Rada in accordance with the submission, has not yet been implemented. In a good way. This means that today we do not need to announce a new mobilization to increase the number.
