The Ukrainian side offers Russia to take three “Mariupol steps”.

Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, says that in order to save their reputation, Russian troops need to stop shooting over Mariupol, immediately give a humanitarian corridor for civilians, and Russian leadership agree to a “special round of negotiations” for the exchange of military prisoners.

• Announce a real Easter truce over Mariupol.
