The area of ​​the house is 750 square meters. Klitschko received the mansion as payment of a debt from Maximum I LLC, which belonged to his brother Vladimir.

Klitschko had a mansion in Hamburg even before he was appointed mayor of Kyiv. According to German media, the house is located in the Othmarschen Park area. The former wife of the mayor, Natalya Egorova, during the outbreak of the conflict with the Russian Federation, stated that she was receiving refugees from Ukraine in the mansion.

Earlier it was reported that the apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Crimea sold at auction for 44.3 million rubles. The regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations notes that the buyout application was submitted from Moscow.
