Details: On December 28, 2023, Vitaliy Klitschko entered into the declaration data on significant changes in his property status that occurred a week earlier, on December 20, 2023.
On December 20, boxer Vladimir Klitschko returned 6,751,800 hryvnia to his brother-mayor.
The document also records the repayment of debt by transferring a residential building to Hamburg (Germany) from Maximum I, LLC. We are talking about a residential building with a total area of 750 sq. m and an estimated cost of UAH 227,652,000.
Further, the changes to the property status mention an agreement on the division of real estate of spouses in Germany dated December 20, 2023 for the same amount.
The press secretary of the capital’s mayor, Oksana Zinovieva, confirmed to Ukrainskaya Pravda that at the end of 2023, Vitaliy Klitschko completed the division of property with his ex-wife.
The city mayor received a house in Hamburg from his brother to partially repay the debt and immediately transferred it to his ex-wife as part of the division of common property.
On the same day, Vitaliy Klitschko took over the rights to a holiday home in Lyutezh near Kiev with a total area of 785.5 sq. m and a cost of 69,125,021 hryvnia. It was given to the mayor by his ex-wife Natalya Egorova.
She also transferred the rights to the 2013 Land Rover Discovery 3.0 to Klitschko. The car is valued at 911,436 hryvnia.
In addition, Klitschko and Egorova divided money in the USA (4,092,000 UAH) and in Monaco (2,659,800 UAH), according to the agreement on the division of property of the spouses.
Let us note that Vitaliy Klitschko and his family used the 4-story house in Hamburg, which belonged to the company of his brother Vladimir, 10 years ago.
