Ķuzis will advise the Prime Minister on internal security issues – in Latvia – News

Ķuzis will be a freelance adviser to the Prime Minister and will perform his duties in public without remuneration.

Taking into account Ķuža’s many years of professional experience in the State Police, he will provide the Prime Minister with an analysis of the situation and an explanation of the activities of law enforcement agencies, the crisis situation and the coordination of public order.

Ķuzis left the position of the Chief of the State Police at the beginning of 2020, concluding almost 40 years of work in the police.

Ķuzis will run in the Riga City Council extraordinary elections from the list of the party association “Jaunā unotība”.
