Three new houses, in an open or closed shell with land, and undeveloped plots of land with a total area of 2.3 ha – such properties located in Łubianka will be put up for auction by a bailiff. Price of calling: 1 million 904 thousand. PLN (for the whole amount), i.e. 2/3 of the estimated value. The bailiff announces the auction on August 8, at 10.00, at the District Court in Toruń at ul. Młodzieżowa 31.
