Kuwaiti artist Hoda Hussein responded to the attack on the series One Wife Is Not Enough, stressing that the files presented by the series exist in society in abundance.
Hussein said during her talk on the “Jars” program: “These files are present in our schools and I have knowledge of them. The relevant people told their stories to me not only in the Gulf but in the Arab world.”
She continued: “These issues are not apparent, but it has become clear that they are present in a large and intense manner recently in our Gulf, Arab and international schools.”
She continued: “Drugs, the issue of harassment, suicide, bullying, marriage and divorce in homes and its psychological impact on students inside the school,” pointing out that the Rashid School inside the work brings together all age levels between girls and boys, and these files are being discussed.
Earlier, everyone who worked in the series One Wife is Not Enough was referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation, because this series constitutes a distortion of Kuwaiti society and does not represent conservative society.
