The Kuwaiti artist, Abdul Karim Abdul Qadir, died today, Friday, after a struggle with illness, at the age of 80.
The late artist was suffering from chronic diseases, and his condition worsened in recent days, after which he was admitted to Jaber Hospital until he passed away, according to Kuwaiti media.
The late artist’s tender journey extended for 60 years, during which he enriched the art scene with many lyrical works.
It is noteworthy that the late was born on June 13, 1941, and began his career as an employee in the Ministry of Interior before devoting himself to the music department at the Ministry of Information, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Qabas.
Abdel Karim Abdel Qader is considered one of the most important artists in Kuwait and the Arab Gulf in the seventies, eighties and nineties of the last century.
