Kuwait City: A new cabinet was elected in Kuwait. Kuwaiti Prime Minister Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has chosen the new cabinet members. Kuwait News Agency reported about this. The Crown Prince of Kuwait reappointed Nawaz Al Ahmed as the new Prime Minister last March. The appointment of the Prime Minister came after a month of dissolution of the government.
Manaf Abdul Aziz Al Hajiri will be the Minister of Finance and Economic Investment in the new cabinet. Al Hajiri served as the CEO of Kuwait Financial Center for 16 years. He will retire from the said post in 2020. His excellence in trade and finance led Alhajiri to the position of Finance Minister of Kuwait.
Meanwhile, the current oil minister, Badr Al Mulla, will remain in his post. Sheikh Talal Al Khalid Al Sabah was re-appointed as Minister of Interior. Sheikh Talal Al Khalid is also the Acting Defense Minister. Sheikh Salim Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah will continue as Foreign Minister.
