Kuwait: Assistant Undersecretary of the Press, Publishing and Publications Department of the Ministry of Information Lafi Al Subai warned that participants will not be allowed to participate in any artworks that offend the Kuwaiti society and will be banned from exhibiting such depictions, artworks or theatrical creations.
