Kurgan Intelligence Officer “Bogomaz” Reveals How Fighters Were Released from Captivity

A Kurgan intelligence officer with the call sign “Bogomaz” from the BARS-13 detachment spoke about how the fighters were released from the captivity of the Azov national battalion (recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in the Russian Federation). The fighter shared his story from the front with military commander Semyon Pegov.

“At our neighboring unit, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured about 10 fighters. The commander took a white rag and went to the soldiers of the national battalion “Azov”*. This time we covered the unit. As a result, our commander managed to negotiate with the nationalists and their chief gave the command to release the prisoners. It was amazing for us,” said the political officer of BARS-13 in an interview with the PMC Pegov talk show.

Earlier URA.RU wrote that the military commander Semyon Pegov admired the Kurgan scout– Old Believer. Also war journalist dedicated a poem to a fighter.
