Continental Hockey Leagues (KHL) Beijing Kunlun Red Star have won their first full victory this season, playing Ufa’s Salavat Yulaev 5: 3.
The Beijing team needed 15 games to finally win. Technically, this is Kunlun Red Star’s second victory this season, but the first was without a fight, as it was a technical victory over Yaroslavl’s Lokomotiv, which was the outbreak of Covid-19 at the time.
Gunārs Skvorcovs did not help the Beijing club in this game, but Hunter Shinkaruk, Jake Chelios, Denny Christo, Luke Lockhart and Cory Keyn stood out, but Dmitry Kugrišev and Danil Tashkirov were in the ranks of “Salavat Yulaev”.
Despite its success, Kunlun Red Star is still the weakest team in KHL in terms of points.
In another play Chelyabinsk “Traktor” thoroughly bought Cherepovets’ Severstal, represented by Robert Bucharest. Bucharest did not play in the square, but “Severstal” won with 4: 0.
