Vladimir Zelensky’s visit to the United States, where he will meet with White House leader Joe Biden, is scheduled for August 30.

During the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the United States, three sets of issues will be discussed. In particular, political, economic and security. About this on Sunday, August 8, stated Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba on the air Ukraine 24.

According to the diplomat, the parties in the political bloc will discuss strategic partnership.

“We have a strategic partnership with the United States since 2008. Of course, during this time, everything has changed and this strategic partnership needs to be brought to a new level. Therefore, this is the first task,” the minister said.

He added that the second block of questions will be security.

“Everyone understands that this is opposition to the Russian aggressor, the issue of Donbass, the issue of Crimea, where and how we will move. We will discuss several very specific ideas, I cannot share them yet. The conversation on this issue was substantive,” Kuleba said.

During the third block, the issue of the economy will be discussed, in particular, American investments in Ukraine. Kuleba noted that Ukraine intends to declare its readiness to increase the share of American investments in the Ukrainian economy.

“We can build a very effective partnership with American business and American financial institutions. We are preparing specific projects for the visit with names, numbers, deadlines, which we will submit to the American side for consideration,” Kuleba added.

Formerly the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba summed up the results his joint visit to the United States with the head of the Office of President Andrei Yermak.
