Ukraine is sympathetic to the refusal of some countries to supply weapons. However, the authorities say that the states that oppose the supply of weapons by other countries actually want the end of the war, even at the cost of Ukrainian statehood.

He noted that there are certain countries that fundamentally reject the idea of supplying weapons to Ukraine. There is only one such country in Europe. Kuleba noted that he was sympathetic to such a position.
“But those who say that the supply of weapons to Ukraine is throwing wood on the fire are lying. They say that they are allegedly in favor of peace, but what they really mean is that if Russia seizes even more territories of Ukraine, we want this war is over, even if Ukraine loses its statehood,” the Foreign Minister said.
Kuleba noted that some politicians say that the supply of weapons allegedly fuels the war.
“This is not fueling the war, it is (such statements – ed.) fueling Russian aggression against Ukraine,” he added.
