Thursday post Kuba Wojewódzki surprised many Internet users. The journalist announced on Instagram that his guest will be “the hottest name in recent months“. In a Facebook post, he suggested that in the first episode of the new series of his talk show he would sit on the couch Paweł Kukizwhich, after the August vote in the Sejm on the Broadcasting Act, enjoys a bad reputation among many Poles. The participation of a politician in the program could also be perceived as quite awkward, because the amendment to the controversial act – according to many media scholars – directly hits, inter alia, to the station on which the Kuba Wojewódzki program is broadcast.

After causing a sensation and gaining publicity, Kuba Wojewódzki dispelled doubts. On Friday night, he revealed who would actually start the new season of his talk show with him. However, it will not be Paweł Kukiz, as he suggested to the audience.
“Meanwhile, in the first episode. This summer belonged to him – Vito Child, and Agnieszka Więdłocha i Cezary Żak, that is the heroes of the series »Recipe«” – he wrote on Instagram, where he uploaded a photo from the schedule of the program.

He published a compilation of interviews by Paweł Kukiz, whom he interviewed several times in front of the camera. For many viewers, this meant that a politician would appear in the TVN program. Many citizens – including well-known people – criticized politicians who changed their minds during the second vote. They were representatives of Paweł Kukiz’s party, who for the next few days he was the leading “anti-hero” of many Polish media.
