Ktaxi incorporates card payment in the taxi of Cochabamba (Bolivia)
The Ktaxi company has incorporated card payment into the taxi service in Cochabamba, to reduce cash payments.
Ktaxi is a company that allows users to make taxi requests through a mobile application, “reducing waiting times and ensuring that the taxi always comes to the service in an easy, safe and effective process”, according to the regional manager, Ever Gálvez .
“Because there are many users who use the taxi service through the application, we have now incorporated payment through electronic means to help users by reinforcing security measures against the coronavirus.”
Users can identify Ktaxi vehicles by seeing the four bubble-shaped “hand” logos affixed to the vehicle.
Inside the car there is an identification card, which exposes the driver’s photograph, personal data, vehicle data and the QR code to make quick payments.
The next step is to implement this type of digital collection within the Clipp Delivery Bolivia platform, which is a home delivery system, which is already available in the Play Store and App Store.
Gálvez highlights that Ktaxi drivers work with all safety measures, such as the separation screen and hydroalcoholic gel, in addition to disinfecting the vehicles after each service.
