KAI Commuter appreciates the security officers who helped a mother named Andari who was sick during the journey from Cikini Station to Tanjung Barat Station. The security officer named Mustahilla has been made an employee or a permanent employee.
“KAI Commuter Management appreciates the Impossible Security Officer who helped an ill commuter line user become an organic employee at KAI Commuter,” said Anne Purba, VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter, in her statement on Friday (9 /12/2022).
Anne Purba said the accident occurred at commuter line no. 4166, Jakarta Kota-Bogor report, last Wednesday (7/12). She said Mustahilla’s service in Andari had also been uploaded by other commuter users.

Furthermore, Anne Purba said that Mustahilla also offered wheelchair assistance to Andari when she arrived at Tanjung Barat station. She said she Mustahilla also monitored Andari’s condition on the KRL during the trip.
“During the journey, Impossible continued to monitor the mother’s condition to the destination station, namely Tanjung Barat Station, until she got off, Mustahilla continued to help the mother,” she said.
