This week, the 35-year-old star used her Instagram profile to showcase the results of her surgery as she shared a series of jaw-dropping photos in a tight little white bikini. The “Very Cavallari” star is currently enjoying her time in the Sea of Cortez in Baja California Sur, Mexico with some of her male friends of hers, including longtime friend Justin Anderson.

For the smoky mirror selfie, Cavallari adorned a tiny black triangle bikini and low-rise briefs that effortlessly exposed the surfboard abs and toned arms. For the day, she kept her her makeup-free look, but made the image even more glamorous with her sparkling smile.

The series of heartbreaking shots just over a month after the mother of three admitted she suffered a breast lift. “I came to Mexico with my best friend for a little detox / recovery and I have to say it was quite magical.
